AQUACISE

Ages 13+

Don’t be fooled! Water is a great resister and canprovide a heart-pumping, muscle-toning workout that will leave you refreshed and revived. This program is also a great way to vary land workouts, and can help to relieve the pressure on joints associated with weight-bearing exercises.

AFYAP

Ages 18+

The Arthritis Foundation YMCA Aquatic Program is a program for adults with arthritis or other related diseases including those who are generally deconditioned and cannot endure sustained activities.  Classes focus on improving overall movement and performance of daily tasks like flexibility, balance and coordination.
