An 8 week well-rounded fitness program that empha- sizes making fitness fun. The components of this fitness class include warm-up, cool down, cardiovascular, flexibility and muscular strength training.
TEEN FITNESS CENTER ORIENTATION
This is a mandatory class for all teens who would like to use the Fitness Center. Teens will learn from a YMCA fitness trainer how to safely and effectively use all equipment. The orientation consists of 4, 1-hour classes and teens will be allowed to use the Fitness Center.
