Y membership is an amazing value and offers more than 70 FREE Group Exercise Classes each week for members. These classes include Yoga, Spinning, Zumba, Body Combat and a whole lot more! We even offer Group Exercise Classes for your children as well. All group exercise classes are designed for exercisers of all levels, whether you are an experienced exerciser or just starting. AQUACISE

Aquacise features low impact aerobics and strength class held in the shallow and deep end of the pool (flotation device supplied). This class utilizes the resistance and buoyancy of the water to tone the muscles and improve cardiovascular health.

BODY COMBAT®

An MMA inspired group exercise program. It’s a 60 minute full body workout and is adaptable for participants of all fitness levels and complete beginners are welcome. In the class we will using various martial art/fighting styles, including karate, boxing, kick boxing, tae kwon do, capoeira, and muay thai.

BOOT CAMP

An efficient circuit training workout that challenges your entire body, using body weight exercises such as pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises.

BODY CONDITIONING

A full body workout designed to strengthen and tone the upper and lower body using hand held weights.

BODY PUMP®

The original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. The key to BODYPUMP® is THE REP EFFECT® a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads. Get the results you are looking for… FAST!

HATHA YOGA

A yoga class that integrates postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation to stretch, strengthen and condition. This is a great class to learn basic poses, relaxation techniques and become comfortable with yoga.

PILATES®

Based on original Pilates® techniques, this class is designed to restore muscular balance, improve posture, prevent injury and build strength and flexibility.

YOGA BLEND

This is a very active form of Vinyasa Yoga. This multi- level class is designed to increase flexibility, sculpt and tone your entire body, while improving balance.

SPINNING®

A great cardio workout of simulated road bike riding to energizing music, appropriate for all fitness levels. You can adjust your workout to match your level. The instructors will lead you on a ride designed to improve your fitness on a variety of levels.

tai ji quan (must have completed beginners class)

This is a very active form of Vinyasa Yoga. This multi- level class is designed to increase flexibility, sculpt and tone your entire body, while improving balance.

YOGA BLEND

ZUMBA®

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music, utilizing dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness program. The routines feature a combo of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
