Y membership is an amazing value and offers more than 60 FREE Group Exercise Classes each week for members. These classes include Yoga, Spinning, Zumba, Body Combat and a whole lot more! We even offer Group Exercise Classes for your children as well. All group exercise classes are designed for exercisers of all levels, whether you are an experienced exerciser or just starting.

Aqua Aerobics features low impact aerobics and strength class held in the shallow and deep end of the pool (flotation device supplied). This class utilizes the resistance and buoyancy of the water to tone the muscles and improve cardiovascular health.
An MMA inspired group exercise program. It’s a 60 minute full body workout and is adaptable for participants of all fitness levels and complete beginners are welcome. In the class we will using various martial art/fighting styles, including karate, boxing, kick boxing, tae kwon do, capoeira, and muay thai.
An efficient circuit training workout that challenges your entire body, using body weight exercises such as pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises.

A yoga class that integrates postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation to stretch, strengthen and condition. This is a great class to learn basic poses, relaxation techniques and become comfortable with yoga.
Based on original Pilates® techniques, this class is designed to restore muscular balance, improve posture, prevent injury and build strength and flexibility.
This is a very active form of yoga. This multi- level class is designed to increase flexibility, sculpt and tone your entire body, while improving balance.
A great cardio workout of simulated road bike riding to energizing music, appropriate for all fitness levels. You can adjust your workout to match your level. The instructors will lead you on a ride designed to improve your fitness on a variety of levels.

Balance and Movement are two key ingredients in adult life. This class practices both aspects in order to improve everyday living.
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music, utilizing dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness program. The routines feature a combo of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
