AFYAP

Arthritis Foundation YMCA Aquatics Program. This recreational exercise program with mild range of motion exercises, is designed to increase flexibility and strengthen muscles.

AOA STRETCH

Strengthening exercises increase your flexibility from head to toe by reducing muscle tension and improving coordination and balance to help prevent injury. Light dumbbells and resistance tubing may used. Registration required

SILVER® SNEAKERS MSROM

Muscle Strength and Range of Movement Conditioning. This class focuses on building muscle strength, balance, coordination and conditioning. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and exercise balls are used for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SILVER® SNEAKERS CARDIO CIRCUIT

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power. Standing circuit works out the upper body with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and exercise ball which is alternated with on-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for stretching and relaxation exercises.

SILVER® SNEAKERS YOGASTRETCH

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Healthways SilverSneakers Fitness Program is FREE for SilverSneakers® Members & White Plains Family YMCA Members.
