Fitness Programs

RECOMMENDATIONS:

For your safety, we recommend that you consult with a physician prior to starting an exercise program in any of the following apply:

  1. You are over age 45.
  2. You smoke.
  3. You have a personal history of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes or other chronic illnesses.
  4. You have had recent surgery or are limited by any musculoskeletal problems.

ORIENTATIONS

There is always someone available in the Fitness Center to provide an orientation to help you become familiar with our equipment and proper procedures. You may sign up for your personalized orientation in the fitness center.
