The White Plains YMCA provides ideal lodging for students, seasonal workers, retirees or anyone seeking comfortable, safe and affordable housing on a monthly basis. If you are a current Westchester resident, work, or go to school in the area, and are seeking a one-month minimum stay at unbeatable rates, then our Y is for you!

• $145 per week – single occupancy guest room with common bath
• $185 per week – single occupancy guest room with private bath
• Utilities included in above rate
• Some rooms equipped with TV, mini refrigerator and microwave for an additional cost
• 24-hour Security
• Internet access

Located in the heart of White Plains, our Y is within walking distance to local supermarkets, shopping, dining, public transportation and more. Just a 30-minute train ride to Grand Central Station, we can help you plan your visits to NYC tourist attractions, as well as recommend local establishments for your enjoyment.

Residents of our Y are encouraged to take full advantage of our state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor basketball and racquetball courts, group exercise classes and more.
