The purpose of the White Plains Y is to bolster healthy lifestyles in our community. With this mission in mind, we have built a facility and staff focused on providing quality tools and resources for our members to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The core resource of the Y fitness program is our facility. We offer a state of the art fitness facility including Cardio equipment, Treadmills, Rowing Machines, Stationary Bikes,  Free Weights, Kettle Bells, a Dedicated Nautilus Circuit Room, Indoor Track and TRX System. Click HERE for the Gym Court Schedule as of 06-06-19.  

Supportive staff and quality programing

One of the greatest resources that the Y has to offer is our staff. Our fitness facility is always staffed by knowledgeable and supportive floor trainers who are always on call to provide advice and guidance as needed. In addition, we also offer a large and diverse range of group exercise classes including Zumba, Spinning, Yoga, Boot Camp, Body Pump and more! For first time exercisers we also offer our Personal Fitness Program (PFP), a FREE 8-Week program where you are paired up with one of our staff to develop a fitness regimen around your goals. All of this comes with your membership at the White Plains Y for no additional cost.

Of course, we’re not just about fitness. In addition to our fitness facility, we also have an indoor Basketball Court, three Raquetball & Handball Courts, a Squash Court and a Speed Bag & Heavy Bag.
